Underground rivers & streams visibilization project

Signage and horizontal demarcation (ground signage) are part of a project to make the streams of the City of Buenos Aires visible, within the framework of a bigger hydraulic improvement plan.

Buenos Aires has many streams and underground water basins and it is important to give them visibility as well as raise awareness about the good use of water. Team up with @sgagin
